Ground-floor delivery close to our Conyers base is free. Farther away or up stairs, the fees below are added once per delivery. You see your exact total before you submit.

- Check belts, bearings, pumps, valves and heating parts, and replace worn parts
- Run full wash, spin and dry cycles
Every truck carries new fill hoses, 3- and 4-prong dryer cords and vent kits, so your hookup is done on the spot.

Common questions
When do I pay?
At delivery, after your appliance is installed and tested. We take debit or credit card or Zelle. There is no online payment and no deposit.
How much is delivery?
Ground-floor delivery in Zone A is free. Zone B is $25, Zone C is $50, and farther areas are about $70. Stairs add $25 for 1 flight or a basement, $50 for 2 flights, and from $75 for 3 or more. See all fees.
What days do you deliver?
Sunday through Friday. There are no Saturday deliveries, so orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered Monday at the earliest.
Are the appliances new or used?
They are refurbished: cleaned inside and out, inspected, repaired as needed and run through full test cycles before delivery. Each one has a 3-month warranty.
Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes. Our rental service, MyApplianceRental.com, rents a washer and dryer pair for $70 a month or a single appliance for $50 a month.
